Ready to hit the stage? Get on that platform? In this tip, I’ll share the importance of warming your voice up. If you have trained theatre experience, you probably know about the importance of warming up that voice with voice exercises.  Here are some of my favorite vocal warm-ups:

A box of biscuits, a box of biscuit mixes, a mixed box of biscuits.

A real red rooster roosts in the rain.

Mr. Knox keeps his socks in a pale pink chocolate box. They’re orange socks with spots and clocks.

Slippery southern snakes slide swiftly down ski slopes.

To sit in solemn silence on a dull dark dock, in a pestilential prison with a life-long lock, awaiting the sensation of a short sharp shock, from a cheap and chippy chopper on a big black block.

He thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.
