The performance runs
75 minutes.
Doors open at 6:45 p.m. The show is in The Vestry room, adjacent to the main entrance of Eden Abbey Restaurant.
WHAT IS THE SHOW ABOUT?
Mind, Myth & Magic is an evening of intimate illusion with Scott Humston. It's a highly immersive experience. During the 75 minute presentation, Scott fuses storytelling, pseudo-mindreading, and the art of magic for an evening of enchanting entertainment & wonder!
WHERE DO I PARK?
Good question! Eden Abbey has limited on-site parking. There's also a small public lot across Liberty Ave. You can also park at First Baptist Church, just about a 3-minute walk down Highland Street to the venue.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Mind, Myth, & Magic is designed for adult audiences. There is nothing obscene, vulgar, or frightening in the show. The show is family-friendly; however, no children under the age of 15 will be permitted. (Think of it as a night out for grown-ups.)
CAN I BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK?
Please do not bring outside food or beverages into the show. However, you can bring a beverage from The Abbey next door.
HOW LONG IS THE PERFORMANCE?
The running time will be approximately 75 minutes. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. for seating.
DO I HAVE AN ASSIGNED SEAT?
Yes. All seats are reserved. This show is created for an intimate group. Just 24 people. All seats are reserved and each seat is a good view. Your seat will be assigned upon your ticket(s) purchase(d).
WILL THERE BE FOOD?
Eden Abbey is an excellent restaurant that has unique and fantastic dishes to please! Take a look at our special Mind, Myth & Magic menu choices above.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL/REFUND TICKETS?
Since this is a limited engagement and minimal seating, we are unable to refund tickets. We will do our best to switch you to the other evening if that is possible. Exchanges within the week of the performances will be at the box office manager's discretion.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Dress Recommendations:
MEN: Sports coat or dinner jacket and/or button-up dress shirt is suggested. Khaki's or dress pants are recommended. No torn jeans, please. Think business or business casual.
LADIES: Cocktail or formal dresses, elegant skirt and blouse, dressy rompers or dressy tunic (hip-length) and slacks combinations, and pant-suits (matching blazer and pants) with dress shoes are recommended. Think business or business casual.
Please refrain from wearing:
Baseball caps
Flip flops
Sweats/Swimsuits
Casual/athletic wear
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Doors open fifteen minutes before the show. We suggest arriving by 6:45. If you'll be dining at Eden Abbey before the show, please allow an hour and fifteen minutes or more. 5:30 or 6:00 should be perfect. If you'll be dining after the show, please make a reservation for 8:30.
WHAT IF MY FRIENDS AND I ARE PURCHASING TICKETS SEPARATELY? CAN WE SIT TOGETHER?
Yes! We want you to sit with friends! As long as everyone has purchased the same type of ticket, on the same evening, that should be no problem.
