Wonder Opens the Door. You Help Us Step Through It.

Hello, Praying Friend!

Back in March, during a trip to the Dominican Republic, I met a quiet little boy in a bright school uniform. He had watched the whole show—every trick, every laugh, every story. Afterward, he waited patiently while others said hello. Then, just before I turned to leave, he gently tugged at my sleeve.

“Will you come back?” he asked.

His words were simple—but they’ve stayed with me. In that moment, I was reminded that wonder begins when someone shows up. It’s not always the magic or the message that lingers… it’s the presence.

Devotional Thought

To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven. — Ecclesiastes 3:1

Summer is a season of sun and stillness, vacations and ventures—but also of spiritual renewal. It’s a chance to pause, breathe, and ask God: What new thing are You growing in me?

Maybe you’ve just come out of a full season. Or maybe you’re entering a stretch of rest, or seeking direction. Wherever you find yourself, the wonder of this truth remains: God is not finished with you. This season has a purpose. Even now, He is planting something beautiful in your soul—something only this moment in time can bring to life.

Take time this month to pay attention to the small invitations:
a walk in nature, a child’s laughter, a tug on your spirit. These are whispers of wonder—signposts that you are not alone, and that God is working.

Your Invitation to Make an Impact

While you reflect on the season you’re in, I want you to know—there are children all around the world entering a new season too. And for many of them, it begins with a moment of wonder… a moment you can help create.

Would you consider a special summer gift today to help us say yes to more invitations like that little boy’s?

Every dollar helps us show up—in churches, schools, mission fields, and communities—bringing the gospel through joy, creativity, and the power of presence.

And as our thank-you to you…

I’d love to gift you our new 7-day devotional email series: Seven Days of Wonder.
It’s a short, meaningful journey to reignite awe, beauty, and spiritual curiosity in your daily life.
